PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

The South Placer Municipal Utility District (SPMUD) will hold a Public Hearing on the 7th day of November 2024, at 2:30 p.m. in the District Offices located at 5807 Springview Drive, Rocklin, CA 95677 with an option to join remotely via Zoom, Meeting ID: 882 7964 9201. The Board of Directors will receive and consider all comments on the proposed Ordinance 24-01, Adopting an Ordinance Revising the District Sewer Code. The proposed Ordinance will standardize the language and definitions, apply more consistent formatting and organization, add language regarding easement requirements and encroachments, and revise the maximum term for reimbursement agreements.

Comments to the proposed Ordinance must be submitted in writing to ecostan@spmud.ca.gov prior to the November 7, 2024 meeting. Verbal testimony will be received during the Public Hearing.
