NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON THE STATUS OF VACANCIES, RECRUITMENT, AND RETENTION EFFORTS

The South Placer Municipal Utility District (SPMUD) will hold a Public Hearing on the 5th of June 2025 at 4:30 p.m. in the District Offices located at 5807 Springview Drive, Rocklin, CA 95677 in compliance with GC Section 3502.3 (Assembly Bill 2561), which requires that once per fiscal year a public agency present the status of vacancies, recruitment, and retentions efforts at a Public Hearing before the adoption of the annual budget.

Comments to the report must be submitted in writing to board_secretary@spmud.ca.gov prior to the June 5, 2025 meeting. Verbal testimony will be received during the Public Hearing.

NOTICE OF FILING REPORT OF DELINQUENT SEWER SERVICE CHARGES PROPOSED TO BE COLLECTED ON PLACER COUNTY TAX ROLLS AND HEARING THEREON

Pursuant to the authority of Section 5473, 5473a, 5473.1, and 5473.11 of the Health and Safety Code, the undersigned legislative body has filed a written report of delinquent sewer service charges hereinafter set forth with its Secretary and will cause an assessment to be levied against the lots or parcels of land to which sewerage services have been furnished by SOUTH PLACER MUNICIPAL UTILITY DISTRICT in an amount specified in the name of the owner of said lot or parcel of land.

You are further notified that the undersigned legislative body will hold a Hearing on the 5th day of June, 2025 at 4:30 p.m. in the District Offices located at 5807 Springview Drive, Rocklin, CA  95677, to determine if the fees or other charges for services and facilities furnished by the undersigned in connection with its sewage system shall constitute a lien upon said lots or parcels of land.  You shall have the right to appear at said Hearing and to file any and all objections you may have to the levy of said assessments against said lots or parcels of land, at which time said legislative body, after due consideration, will determine whether said fees, rates, or other charges, shall constitute a lien against said lots or parcels of land.  Public comments can also be sent to:
