Director Jewell and her family have lived in Rocklin for over 20 years and are active in their local community, Chambers of Commerce, church, and other City of Rocklin commissions.  Jewell has over 20 years of public and private sector experience in workforce and career development program and project management, communications, and business and educational partnerships.  She has served on the SPMUD Board for just over 2 years, with terms as both vice president and president of the Board.

 Ward 3: Southeast area of the City of Rocklin, South area of the Town of Loomis (east of I-80), and the Rodgersdale area of Granite Bay; including Sierra College, the Crossings Shopping Center, Southside Ranch, Sierra de Montserrat, and the Woodside neighborhoods.
